Instructions for bidding:

Surplus items may be viewed at Oktaha School during office hours. Office hours: 9 a.m. - noon & 1:30 - 3 p.m. Monday -Thursday. Superintendent's office phone 918-687-7556.

Deadline for bids - August 7, 2025 - 3:00 p.m.

Bids will be opened August 11, 2025 at the regular meeting of the Board of Education. Vehicles must be paid in full and picked up by August 15, 2025. Items are being sold "AS IS", NO WARRANTY.

Bid must include the following information:

  • Description of item(s)
  • Amount of bid for each item
  • Printed: Name, address, cell phone number, and email
  • Signature

Sealed bids must be hand delivered to the Superintendent's office. Bids may be turned in to the office during regular office hours or may be left in the locked drop box outside the Superintendent's office.
