Federal programs ensure that all children have a fair, equal, and significant opportunity to obtain a high-quality education and reach proficiency on state academic achievement standards and state assessments. 

Oktaha Public Schools receives Federal funding for the following academic programs. These federal funds are used to supplement academic programs and provide opportunities for specific, designated groups of students.

 Use of ESSER FUNDS III PLAN

As a recipient of federal grants, Oktaha Public Schools makes every effort to use federal funds appropriately by following state and federal laws concerning each grant. Anyone who observes, detects or suspects improper use of federal funds may contact the Office of the Inspector General at 1-800-MISUSED (1-800-647-8733). You can also submit a complaint here with the, US Department of Education or via U.S. postal mail at U.S. Department of Education Office of Inspector General Hotline. 400 Maryland Ave, S.W.
